We make every effort to remain on schedule. We believe that respect between patients an practitioner includes respect for each other’s time. If you are late, the remaining time may not be sufficient for a full treatment, and the treatment will be tailored to fit the time available. On occasion, there will be situations we cannot ignore. If we are late, it will not affect the length of your treatment. If you have time restraints, please let us know.
All information gathered within the context of treatment is held in strict confidence and will NOT be released without your written consent. However, if you insurance is covering your treatments, they reserve the right to request copies of all records pertaining to your treatment.

As a courtesy to our office and to other patients, we ask that you please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You will be charged a $25.00 fee for any missed appointment or cancellation giving less than 24 hour prior notice for any non-emergency situation.
Payment and insurance billing
For your convenience, we are happy to accept cash, check*, all credit cards*, and Flexible/Health care Spending Account cards.
*Credit Cards are subject to an additional 2.75% processing fee.
*Returned or bounced checks are subject to a $35 fee.
Many insurance policies cover Acupuncture, but we don’t claim that yours does. Policies can differ greatly in term of deductible and percentage of coverage for Acupuncture. Our clinic participates with several insurance programs, and we can verify your insurance coverage for acupuncture and submit your claim form for the reimbursement.
